Lila M. Seif is a fertility attorney and the founder of New Family Fertility Law, APC, a boutique fertility law firm in Los Angeles County, California. Lila was first introduced to the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in 2005. The joy derived from helping build families has inspired her professionally and personally ever since and she has been practicing as an attorney in the field since 2015. She assists clients from diverse backgrounds, both domestically and internationally. She has experience in egg donation and all aspects of surrogacy law, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, establishing legal parentage, and pertinent medical insurance matters. Lila sees it as her responsibility and honor to help donors, surrogates, and hopeful intended parents to have safe and ethical journeys held to the highest standards, and to assist couples and individuals realize their dream of a family.
