The Surrogacy Foundation and Hatch Egg Donation and Surrogacy have partnered to fund and award its first-ever national surrogacy grant to cover the cost of a full journey to parenthood
The grant marks a significant milestone in addressing the growing financial barriers to fertility care in the United States, where gestational surrogacy can cost over $150,000, placing it out of reach for many families. Through grants and partnerships, The Surrogacy Foundation works to reduce that barrier while promoting ethical surrogacy practices.
Grant recipients are selected through a robust multi-step grant application and review process, designed to identify families with both financial and medical needs to parenthood but also to ensure fairness and transparency.
The Surrogacy Foundation is a nonprofit focused on making surrogacy more accessible through grants, education, and community support. By addressing financial barriers, reducing stigma, and guiding families through a complex process, TSF is working to bring surrogacy into the mainstream and help more people build their families.

Meet the Luskins
Brittany and Tyler Luskin are a married couple from Lexington, South Carolina and have spent more than five years navigating infertility, undergoing multiple IVF cycles and embryo transfers while spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Their most devastating moment came after joyfully announcing a twin pregnancy on Christmas, only to learn during a New Year’s Eve scan that both babies had passed. Brittany’s diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis ultimately led them to turn to surrogacy as the only path to having a biological child.
Now, as the first-ever recipients of the TSF + Hatch Full Journey Grant, Brittany and Tyler are sharing their journey publicly to offer hope to every family wanting to build their family.
